The shipping methods shown at the Checkout page are the delivery methods only and do not account for any individual part lead times. Certain product ranges such as exhausts and silicone hoses are made to order and not carried in stock. We would always recommend contacting us first to check stock levels as no reimbursement will be given for an item received after the shipping lead time, providing our courier has delivered it in the quoted time. Any reimbursement for late delivery by the courier will result in reimbursement for shipping costs only.
We aim to process all orders before 11am on the same day, in the event of any urgent/express order please contact us first for availability/lead time. No responsibility will be held by A&E Motorsport for late delivery of an urgent order without prior contact.
All Express Delivery shipments are sent via tracked courier. You will receive an email and/or text message (providing you entered the correct details) with tracking information for your order. For any special requests on your delivery or to rearrange, please contact the courier directly as this is something that the customer must request, we are not able to do this.
Standard Delivery shipments are not always sent via a tracked method. If standard delivery has been selected, your item will only be tracked in the event that it is overdue.
Ordering from Outside the UK
If you are placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, please note that you will be liable to pay any local customs and import taxes. All prices on the website for overseas customers are shown without UK VAT to reflect this. Local customs and import taxes are not covered by ourselves, we always recommend that you consult with your local tax office before ordering as we are not responsible for any charges once the item has left the UK. We use GLS as our only courier service for international shipments and will not use any other courier services. You are welcome to arrange your own courier collection, however you will need to provide full customs paperwork and commercial invoices, this is not something we provide if we do not ship the goods ourselves. We reserve the right to charge a packaging and admin/handling fee if you choose to do this.
In the event of an overseas customer wishing to cancel their order due to local customs taxes and refusing delivery, you (the customer) are liable for any additional return costs to us which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to charge a handling and administration fee in addition to this, up to the value of 25% of the total order value.
